WHAT IS COACHING?
The aim of Coaching is to help you move from where you are now to where you want to be. It is a collaborative relationship between Coach and Client, which focuses on transforming the parts of your life that you want to improve. Coaching gives you the freedom to explore your thoughts and ideas in a relaxed, safe space and brings clarity to your decision making.
If there is some part of your life that isn’t working for you, if you are looking for a new beginning, or if you have found something that you love but are wondering where to take it next, I can coach you into the next chapter. Whether it is in your personal life, your working life or simply an area that you feel has more to give, I can offer you coaching that will help you to move forward with your goal.
Coaching is not counselling or therapy and, although it may review things that have happened in your past, it doesn’t hold its focus there.
