ABOUT THE SESSIONS

Your story and situation is as unique as you are and so our sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. Wherever you are in your journey and understanding, that is where we will begin. I will listen to your story and treat it with importance and respect in a non-judgmental environment. Together we will explore the right way forward for you. I use a blend of therapeutic coaching and different modes of therapy, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), all with the aim of helping you. I will provide you with a safe and confidential space in which to be heard, understood and explore. I have worked extensively with people who are creative and spiritual, many of whom work in the arts, music and entertainment industries. Equally, I have worked with a broader range of clients – business owners, younger people who are just starting out, and those who simply want to explore how things can be better for them, whether that is through relationships, spirituality, vocation or emotionally. I have experience, both lived and professional, in bereavement counselling and seek to help those who are struggling with loss. I have specialist training in Single Session Therapy and experience of helping people with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, stress and imposter syndrome.

SESSION ONE
In our initial, 1 hour session, we will talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you might want to achieve from it. We will get to know each other so that we can see how we might work together and start to explore the best way forward for you. We will work at your pace and to your agenda to ensure that you are able to make the changes that you want.
